Is it possible to install FC on a ChromeOS machine? (Raspberry Pi running ChromeOS)

I have a fresh install of Windows 10 and need to restore my "Open bash shell here" right click context menu item.

Cygwin is installed, but I don't remember how to get this menu item back in FC, anyone know how to do this?

The 'Google Drive' link i'm referring to is just a shortcut on the Start window.

When I click on my Google Drive link from the Start window, it opens it in file explorer

How do I change the file association to open it in FreeCommander?
