Hold Win key while right clicking, use "ShowContextMenu64Bit=1" line in freecommander.ini file or use FCXE 64 bit.

Make sure Quick viewer is not active (and minimized) or Calculate the space occupied by folders option enabled.

I think that's an internal setting and users aren't supposed to edit that field. Use the Filter column.

Can't confirm a bug here.
Make sure you can access the real folder (I'm guessing you're talking about some files in system32 or similar):
