RESOLVED

I found that the option Autosize for "Name" column in my Custom Column setting was checked. Not sure why this exists as a separate option, instead of being part of the Width setting itself. Perhaps it's worth changing it so entering a 0 for the Width would do the same thing.

Re: 591- File colors not being applied in folders

My color settings look like this: http://img33.imageshack.us/img33/4615/missingfilecolors2.png Here is an example of a folder that has no colors applied to any of the files: http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/5844/missingfilecolors1.png In the lower panel *.tmp, *.log and *.cmd are not colored, but ...

591 - Column Profile not being applied to all tabs

I created a Column Profile so I could make all my tabs have the same layout. It works perfectly, but only if the amount of objects in the folder exceeds the size of the panel itself. For example... I have dual panels split horizontally, each can display about 12 objects. If I enter a folder that has...

591- File colors not being applied in folders

Note: Topic has been moved to "Beta Discussion" -Dreamer In General;View;File/Folder List I have several different settings for Color By File Type. On the root directory of my drives it works just fine -- and all the files are colored properly -- but FC won't color any files in folders. I...

591 - Search results show multiple Access is Denied messages

After doing an Alt-F7 search of my local hard drivers -- C: and D: -- the Search Log tab shows dozens and dozens of Access is Denied messages on folders I have complete access to (I'm logged in with full local admin rights). No matter what I search for I get the same results. http://img100.imageshac...

Re: Single tree for both panes

I totally agree; I think a single tree is much better then dual tree's.

Hopefully this link works... http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2946738820053274115rDEybL The "real" highlight bar is on the Dell folder -- if you use the up/down arrow keys that's the one which moves -- the one on the Config.Msi folder is the duplicate. If you move the "real&quo...

Double file highlight bar?

FC 2009.02, running on a Dell laptop with XP SP3... I may have found a bug that causes FC to show a double file highlight bar. The program seems to work fine otherwise, so it might be purely cosmetic. Here's how to duplicate it: * have more then one panel open * make sure the highlight bar is not on...
