Sorry for this post...I found the answer. The feature to do this is already there, somehow I missed it in the list of settings, but now I found it.

Re: clear the entries in the "Select Group" box
Thank you, this is now solved.
I looked in the .ini file, and found the area I want to clean up. I simply deleted the items I did not want.
In the .ini file, it was located under:
[HistoryFileSelect]
I had 8 entries, now I have 1.
Thanks for you advice.

I would like to know how to clear the entries (Patterns) in the Select Group box?
I have been using this feature, and now have numerous entries in this box. I would like to clear them so I have less clutter.
Thanks for any help.

Re: filter timeout
Yes, it would be a nice feature. I have a problem in that I don't always notice my filtering is on. I have set the text in the address bar to turn red, but it is not noticeable enough for me. I would like to see the timer feature, but would settle for a way to make the fact that I am filtering more ...

filter timeout
Greetings, This is my first post on the forum. My question is in regards to the File Filter. Is there a setting that will time-out the file filter? I would like to stop filtering automatically after a given period of time, like say 5 minutes, and revert to showing all files. Just wondering if there ...
