If you mean right click to column header - column profiles - selecting any item, I can reproduce it, it's not changed.

Can't reproduce it, FreeCommander XE 2024 Build 901 32-bit public, Windows 10 22H2 64-bit.

Need more info, FC version, OS version, but first try to upgrade to the latest version and try again.

the layout names in the "edit layout" window don't have names and it's hard to manage them. Can't confirm with Build 901 32-bit public and 913 64-bit donor, Windows 10 22H2 64-bit.

Please, try to upgrade to the latest version, 901 or 913, and try again.

I'm just guessing, but it could be a hardware issue with mouse, random double-click, try another mouse, if possible. I had this problem with 2 mice. Perhaps you could test it, if using double-click to open item, just 1-click multiple items, if some will be opened, it could be that HW issue, random ...
