I have just checked again and it indeed works, but I have to close the whole editor, not only edited file :-)

Thanks Timon, I can see it now :-)
I agree that PSPad is more useful than WinMerge and for now it will be my default comparator in FreeCommander, but I really hope that Marek can do it better ;-)
