Re: Set Windows 7 to use FreeCommander XE in place of Explor
I'm not really sure then sorry... When I said run FC as Adminstrator, I meant to right-click FreeCommander.exe then select "Run as adminstrator". Sorry I don't know how familiar you are with all this so I thought I'd mention it. Other options ... it's not too difficult to add "Open wi...

Re: Startup Folders/Tabs.
Thanks for your reply... those are the settings that I've been trying, I have My Computer and D:\ selected in "Start with following folders", I have "Close all not locked tabs..." selected and "Keep current tabs..." deselected. My tabs are not locked, and I've also trie...

After setting this option up "Redirect Win+E to FC", and "Save Settings" everythig works till reboot. Why, how come, and how can i fix it? Thank you for support Genialny program, dzięki za włożoną pracę. Try running FreeCommander as Administrator, just once so you can Redirect W...

Re: Undo for file move/copy
I'd welcome this very very much. It's so easy to accidentally drop a folder or file into the wrong location while moving it (especially with a dodgy mouse) and then have to spend time finding it again. Undo delete is something I don't think is essential, but undo Move/Copy would be a brilliant addit...

Re: FreeCommander & Folder Menu 3 (Middle Mouse Button)
I'm also a long time user of FM3, although lately I've been giving Listary a whirl as a possible alternative. Anyway, I know it's an old-ish post but I just wanted to comment that it's quite easy (and often necessary, I've found) to change the Folder Menu trigger to something like Ctrl+Middle Click ...

Startup Folders/Tabs.
Hi, I'm really sorry if this has been asked and answered or if I'm just missing something really obvious... I've spent half an hour looking through the threads and there aren't any search terms I can think of to narrow it down reasonably. I've also tried every combination of Settings I can think of ...

Re: Opening FreeCommanderXE from Windows context menu.
Aha :-) Thanks Karol for the link, I'd already read that but hadn't managed to make it work with FreecommanderXE. However, with fresh eyes this morning I realised that I'd been editing the wrong key. I just edited the registry key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and it now works perfectly. Haven't tried it in ...

Opening FreeCommanderXE from Windows context menu.
Apologies first of all, because I'm certain that this query must have been dealt with before. I've spent an hour or so reading the threads though and honestly can't find it except in the normal FreeCommander threads, which doesn't help me. Basically, when I add FreeCommanderXE to the context menu of...
