Re: 847 - Several settings dialogs showing incorrect background color with high contrast theme
Hello, I can confirm that some Freecommander (846) windows have a background color forced to white. This is an issue in WIndows 10 with high contrast themes. This is also a more annoying issue under Windows 7, because Windows 7 is much more customizable than WIndows 10 in that matter. (Yes, some old...

Re: Icons for toolbars and menus
Hello, I, too, do not like everything flat in general and this includes flat icons, too. Does it take so much space to justify the removal of the old-non flat icons ? If these non-flat icons carry a negative image (really ?) just make the flat ones the default one, but, please, let the possibilty to...

Sleep/Hibernate/Shutdown after Synchronization is complete
Hello, As I said in a previous post, with today huge-capacity disk drives, a Synchronization task to compare (with Checksum or Content option enabled) or to update/copy/move files from one drive to another, can take hours. So, it would be handy, IMHO, if the developper could add, in the Files tab of...

Display a running file counter during Synchronize/Compare
Dear developper, When comparing huge folders with the Synchronize/Compare tool and the Checksum or Content option is enabled, it can take a fair amount of time. So it would be nice to have a running file counter in the status bar showing the number of files already compared (successfully or not) whe...

Re: slow synchronization between a local and a network folder
"I expect it may be related to keeping the progress bars updated."
I did not notice any slow down when syncing two local folders, compared to copying. So I doubt it is related to the progress bar update...

slow synchronization between a local and a network folder
Dear developer, Synchronizing a local folder with a remote folder on my home network is much, much slower than just using the copy function. Configuration : - 2 PCs running Windons 7 Pro SP1 connected through a 1Gbit ethernet connection. - FreeCommander XE 2017 Build 751 32-bit Operations performed ...

Error with checksum compare of .exe files through network
Dear developer, I have to PCs running Windows 7 Pro SP1 with the latest updates, sharing folders through my home network (standard Wiindows share with homegroup). Within FreeCommander XE 2017 Build 751 32-bit, when I attempt to compare a local folder to a remote folder with checksum enabled, I get a...

How to insert a separator in a "popup menu actions" list
I am new here, so "Hello" to everybody. I have installed FreeCommander XE some days ago, and I really enjoy it. I like its high degree of customization. But I need some help, please, for an operation that I cannot perform. I want to put an icon on the standard toolbar that has an associate...
