Thumbnail view and balloon help have been broken for a long time, any chance of getting these issues fixed? Thumbnail view overlaps other thumbnails and displays an ugly black background. Tool tips displayed while hovering over folders contain ?'s in addition to the data that should be there.

Photos work fine in thumbnail view, but folders are displayed on a black background.

I agree, my thumbnail background when folders are visible is black vs. transparent, very annoying.

Tools tips are showing questions marks in the date string for all files.
