Quick view - language problem

When using quick view, on some folders (those who contain many subfolders), first it displays some info in german, then in english. Not really a bug. Your method works, but I need to be able to access the context menu on the recycle bin (for ccleaner for ex).
It would be nice to appear on some toolbar.
