Hi Mick,
as I couldn't discern in your first screen shot, which date column you had selected, I tested both.
For me, both date columns work correctly.
Best regards,

Re: Multi Rename Window - Entry Field Highlighting Problem
I had experienced the same issue that sdaughtry reports but after performing a clean install the issue has disappeared. Maybe there is something in your FreeCommander.mren.ini which needs to be addressed. I'm not an expert, so I don't know if FreeCommander.find.ini may also be responsible for this i...

Re: Filter when keywords aren't found similar to the how quick search behaves
Hi stephen147, the bell sound is a Windows setting, which you can configure to your own preferences. Regarding the filter, as in your screen shot, once you type something in, which cannot be found, the panel becomes empty. IMHO this is more of an eye catcher than the filter box changing color and as...

Re: FC clean or re-installation
Hey Dreamer, Thanks for taking the time to respond. ... Report a bug, send the freecommander.ini file to Marek. ... I don't believe it to be a bug. For me it's logical that if starting FC with default settings and not changing the path before execution, the default AppData folder will be used. When ...

FC clean or re-installation
After not being able to alleviate an issue with FC I decided to do a clean installation. All in all it took me 9+ hours, so I would only suggest this alternative as an option of last resort. Just so it's mentioned, when re-installing it is important to observe the following: Prior to uninstalling FC...

FC 845 - Automatic Views, Condition not available for selection
After performing a clean install, I got on to reinstating my Automatic views. All worked out fine except for Recycle Bin. I don't remember exactly (I created these views some time ago), but I think the path was automatically inserted when the detail view for the recycle bin had been selected. This t...

Re: 840 - regression (?) in multi-selected folders search
A clean install eliminated this issue. It was a tedious and time consuming task. I would only suggest it be used as a last resort. I spent 9+ hours getting it done. I will post insights in another thread. A note here, above I mentioned 'AppData\Roaming\FreeCommander' as we all know, settings are con...

Re: 840 - regression (?) in multi-selected folders search
Hey Dreamer, thanks for looking into this. Add wildcards... was activated the whole time. It makes no difference if this is activated or not. Just for info, I was searching for file types, i.e. .jpg and not for file names (or parts of names). also searching for file names or parts there of doesn't w...

Re: 845 - regression (?) in multi-selected folders search
I'm still suffering from this issue in latest version. Select a few folders and press Ctrl+F enter search term and start search Nothing is found. if I deactivate 'search in selected files/folders' files are found, but then the search begins at the root folder. As stated previously, using default set...
