After search, how to open the FOLDER of a FILE

I haven't been able to get an answer to how to open the FOLDER containing a file, after searching and getting the results.
I can't see a way to do it from the search dialogue
nor any dialogue after opening those results in the main window.

How to NOT sort files Z to A ?

I keep getting a frustrating problem where the folders are listed from Z to A instead of A to Z?
How do I permanently fix this?

Re: SEARCH: view thumbs or open in explorer?

Argh...it's still difficult to use.

There doesn't seem to be a way of opening the FOLDER of a particular file in WINDOWS EXPLORER, which I need, since it can view epub thumbnails.

Re: UNDO: is there no undo?

Hey Timon, thanks from Timoz !

Actually, related question:
is there any log of the various actions you perform?

My biggest concern is MOVING a file accidently without realising where....
I can easily retrieve deleted stuff from the bin.

V slow start here also

I see various solutions offered for this but they all seem quite specific.

How would I investigate which one is causing MY problem?

UNDO: is there no undo?

If there is, how do you do it?

Sometimes you might move something accidentally and dont even know where to.
Or delete.
