I agree with Dreamer, your problem will be probably not solved with the 64 bit version.
Have you checked the CPU Utilization?
Could you for testing:
- Disable "Folder->Size of folders" if active
- Switch off the auto refresh

I have made the change: now the field is always empty unless you define your own tab name.

Note the comment below the "Tab name:" field in the "Tab properties" dialog: Leave empty for using current folder name

On the "Filters" tab in the Synchronize dialog we have:
- File filter: with "Include files", "Exclude files"
- Folder filter: with "Include folders", "Exclude folders"

Could you write exactly what have you defined on the Filters tab?
Write please what is your goal, what do you want to achieve?
