Re: bug: incorrect shift selection

Confirmed with Build 720 64-bit.
Though, it only happens when you select from bottom to top.

Re: cannot unselect with ctrl-click

I cannot reproduce the problem on my Windows 7 box using "FreeCommander XE 2016 Build 720 64-bit donor".

You could compare the config files from both your computers ("AppData\Local\FreeCommanderXE\Settings\") using WinMerge.

Feature request: Edit profile settings via double click

In "Settings > View > Column profiles" you have to select a profile and then click on the hammer icon to edit the columns. I think it is intuitive to simply double click on a profile's name, so it would be nice if this could be added. FreeCommander XE 2016 Build 720 64-bit donor Windows 7, SP1, 64-bit

Label cut off in profile settings

The label is a bit too long when using autosize for the name column, see screenshot. Perhaps the "(0:" part should simply be removed. A novice user will use 999 (which will be reduced to 250 as it seems) and an expert user will know to use 0 from other programs. After all, both should appear the sam...

Re: 609 - Disabling auto refresh doesn´t work as expected

@alf: No problem then =)

@Marek: Thanks for the explanation. I guess the info from http://www.forum.freecommander.com/view ... 447#p15385 was wrong or I misinterpreted it.

Re: 609 - Disabling auto refresh doesn´t work as expected

Then what is the purpose of auto refresh? Even if it is disabled, it still auto refreshes.

Re: 609 - Disabling auto refresh doesn´t work as expected

I actually like auto resize, but I'm not sure if I understand the purpose of "auto refresh" correctly.
When auto refresh is disabled, why is the view refreshed when I create a directory?

Implement Ctrl+Shift+V as paste&go

You might know this shortcut from web browsers where it takes an URL from the clipboard and opens it automatically. I often copy path names into the clipboard, open a new tab inside FC and then go to that folder. Atm, I am using "Ctrl+T > Ctrl+G > Ctrl+V > Enter". As I have not seen that Ctrl+Shift+...

Sometimes, columns don't contain what they should

I have not been able to reproduce this, but every now and then, the columns get mixed up. The first column is fine, but starting with the second column, it displays the contents of the following column. The last one displays the contents of the second column. Label - Contents: 1) Name: ok 2) Extensi...

Re: Search: Allow file name to contain path

yes, this indeed does work.
though, it's really not very intuitive compared to "directory_I_know_already\init.pp", so it would still be good if this was possible.

Re: Search: Allow file name to contain path

No, this doesn't work as you are searching for every "init.pp" in every directory plus the directory "directory_I_know_already" itself.
As a result, you get all the 100+ files named "init.pp" that are in the directories parallel to "directory_I_know_already".
