What version of Windows?

I've been in there. It was easy in WinXP, but I had to jump through some hoops in Vista. Permission can be edited for any folders. I usually don't take advantage of it if I don't have to.

You need to compare the folders first ("Compare" button) and there are all sorts of possibilities for filtering, and choosing which way to copy; then click "Synchronize". Be careful.
