Can't reproduce in FC XE 6323 (not released yet) in Windows XP Pro Rus 32 bit.
F5/F6/F8 works fine in both "Use Windows" and "Use FC" modes.

Confirmed in Windows XP Pro Rus 32 bit and Windows 7 SP 1 Rus 32 bit in FC XE 6322 (not yet released).

If you open OpenLayers-2.13.1.zip in FC XE by pressing Ctrl-PageDown on archive and open "example" folder, then you'll see that "example-list.js" is shown not like a file, but as a FOLDER. You even could open that folder (it's shown as empty). But in reality there is no such FOLD...

Confirmed in FC XE 632 on Windows XP 32 bit. Problem both present when unpacking in internal fcZip and Total7Zip plugins.

Agree, that:

NOT confirmed in Windows XP Pro 32 bit - clipboard works fine in FC XE 632.

Confirmed in FC XE 632 on Windows XP 32 bit.
Doubleclick on file in Search files/folder dialog works fine.

Confirmed in FC XE 631 on Windows XP 32 bit.

To reproduse (list view, NC mode)
open panel with many files (that did not fit entirely on one panel)
press End button to go to end
try to paste any file by clicking on free space
all is scrolled to [..] element

Absolutely right. When using NC mode - drag & drop doesn't work when blocking transfer is switched on. With CTRL key it starts working.

Check new option for drag&drop - Use blocking transfer. It is now the default option.
You can start non blocking transfer if you start dragging operation with CTRL key.

Works fine for me in FC XE 628 with internal fcZip and Total7Zip plugins (tested with zip and 7z archives). Password is prompted only once.
