Replace unrar64.dll
Not a bug in FC but a security problem with WinRAR.
The file included in FC should be updated to version 6.23.
Users can do it temporarily by downloading the new version from
https://www.rarlab.com/rar/UnRARDLL.exe
The download contains the 32bit and x64 versions.

Re: Settings Backup name adjustment
So how about getting rid of the Bkp_Settings_ entirely thus "moving" the date and timestamp to the beginning of folder's name? I myself always keep backups of my config / settings / theme files or folder in a folder named config or settings or themes , so i do not need an indication like ...

Re: JPG / JPEG cannot be added as attachments to posts
Confirmed
You can see them by setting the filter to All files
or using drag and drop
but the result is always an error message.

Re: Settings takes 30+ seconds to open
Here in the actual FC version it takes about 3 seconds, which I find ok.

Re: Start with Maximized View (F11)
F11 is a special view which even overwrites the taskbar.
This prevents normal usage and only gives a few lines more of screen space.
Isn't it easy enough to get this with one keepress (f11)

Re: Start with Maximized View (F11)
Here it does.
It comes up with the last used size, whatever it was.
