794 - Search doesn't find umlauts in utf-8 files
Steps to reproduce:
- Place the attaced text file into any directory
- Search for "ümlaut" in that directory
The search should find the file, but it returns nothing.

Re: UNC-paths are displayed with "1:" instead of the server name
This would also remove the drive letter in other cases which is undesired.

Allow filtering for directories without using a Reusable Filter
At the moment, it's only possible to filter directories by using a Reusable Filter which has to be defined first. Would be very nice to have a "Apply for" dropdown just like in the Reusable Filter settings also for the "Set filter" dialog. FreeCommander XE 2018 Build 783 64-bit L...

Hover over inactive directory tab should show close button
At the right end of an active directory tab, there is a "X" to close the tab. This X isn't shown when the tab is inactive. It would be good if the X was temporarily shown when the user moves the mouse over that part of a tab. With that, a user could more easily close a tab. FreeCommander X...

[fixed] Navigating in folder history: Skip missing/deleted folders
When I go backwards in the recently visited folders using Alt+CursorLeft, if a folder doesn't exist anymore, a warning is shown and you cannot go backwards any further.
Instead, FC should silently skip the missing folder and continue with the next one in history.

Re: [777] File selection with keyboard in search result switches to main window
Thx, Karol!
@Horst: As you can see from my first post, this topic is about a problem with using the keyboard and not the mouse. You shouldn't try to force your way of working onto others!

Re: [777] File selection with keyboard in search result switches to main window
I can see those two entries in the menu "File", but there is no indicator that they are activated by pressing Space (if you mean this?).

Re: [777] File selection with keyboard in search result switches to main window
Thx, will check this. However, this behaviour also happens when I don't press Ctrl, and I think this shouldn't be the case regardless of that setting.

Remove missing directories from history
Hello, I use "Alt + Cursor Left/Right" to go through the tab's history. When a directory has been deleted in the meantime, I get a warning that it doesn't exist anymore. This blocks going to previous directories before that missing one. Would be nice if FreeCommander deleted the missing di...
