What about the file/folder setting "By ENTER on multiple selected files"?

For 64-bit OS you should use Total7zip.wcx64 (now Total7zip.wcx is used). May be that could help to fix problem.

Total7zip.wcx64 is for 64-Bit programs not for 64-Bit Windows.

No. I have no problems on Windows 8.

I the FC XE only reusable filters are saved and used for the new program start.

The check mark option "use for all tabs" in the "set filter..." dialog (folder menu / filter) seems not to work.

It works fine for me.

I agree, but I can not find out how to draw the flat scrollbars if the theme is off (Settings->Select items).
