590 - column autowidth
turned auto-width on, and i'm using the setting to have the name column auto-width with "0" set for max width, i noticed there's a varying gap between the end of the filename, and the next column. Yet, if i double-click the column divider, the width snaps to the "real" auto-width...

570 - Command line history not keeping latest entry
i've been using this at the command prompt
dir * /s /ad /b >>folderlist.txt
it generates the text file, but does not stay in my history list..
What is the limit for the history list?
If i've passed the limit for the history, can we keep the last ones used?

Dos box command specification issue
I though this area was to put a dos command that would initiate every time i opened a DOS box (CTRL+D). maybe i'm using it incorrectly? I wanted to change the color of the text and background. so i put in "COLOR 17" (no quotes) this works at the dos command line, but it wont let the dos bo...

Re: XE 570: two customizations for the new FreeCommander XE
I second this request. I like grouping.BabyBoyN1 wrote:Hello,
2. I miss one view from the windows explorer (windows 7). In the windows explorer I could select the view "Group by".
It would be helpful for me, if this options also would be built into the new FreeCommander XE.
Thanks for your help.

How to transfer settings to different computers?
I absolutely love the ability to customize Freecommander for display / color / settings.
My question:
Is there an easy way to migrate those settings from one FC XE installation to another?
It would be nice if this stuff could be shared with other users like *theme* files..

Re: 570 - hot tracking - rename bug
these are my settings.. http://i40.tinypic.com/a9trn7.png I think i know what's going on. Whatever was last selected for a FILE gets the rename command applied, even though i deselected it, and have a folder selected instead. It does not do the same for last selected folder, but if i went into the f...

570 - hot tracking - rename bug
I enabled hot tracking and single-click on folder. If i select a folder in the file browser and press F2 to rename it, it seems to select older selection instead of the current one..
If i disable hot tracking, the rename seems to work as expected..

Missing SFX Stub
Using the packer option in 550, works fine, but it needs an SFX stub to create EXE files. Any suggestions on what SFX stub to use?

drag and drop options...
seems when i drag a zip, the default is to copy, even if it's on the same drive. Or if select a group of files, but a zip is part of that group.
holding the SHIFT key and dragging still shows it as being copied. Can we have it behave more like explorer?

Cascading menus in breadcrumbs
I would like to request a feature that i've found in another filemanager that i find really valuable for navigation. cascading menus accessible through the breadcrumb address bar.. see below.. there's alot less clicking required, and it makes navigation very quick.. http://i39.tinypic.com/2vtwd38.png
