There is a reason why it's not enabled by default, perhaps once it will be stable enough and it will have all the features, it will be enabled by default, until then you can enable it manually in the settings.

Now, regarding the issue - FC stores fcStart.ini file in the FC install folder, not in the AppData folder.

I suggest you to try the XE version too.

I can confirm this one, it's a bug, I just wanted to report it.

To reproduce just drag any item from one panel to another. Shortcut icon is showing instead of copy and the keys Ctrl, Shift and Alt don't work either.

In 623 it's still not fixed. Watch the video, just using right/left arrow keys, the focus is lost if the number of status bar rows is changing. Still not fixed in build 623, here is the video, 768kB size, watch the status bar info while using arrow key to switch files, the info is not changing - then the fresh FC after restart, everything works good.
