Save Window Size and Position
Just upgraded to Windows 10. Installed the latest version of XE Donor. Set my custom settings and saved. In Windows 7 when I sized and positioned the FreeCommander window it was saved and reopened in the same size and position. However, in Windows 10 it won't open in the same size and position. Can ...

Re: Search files/folders window
Hello Dreamer,
Any news on this bug fix? I couldn't find the bug report in that forum and I use this feature all the time so it would be great if it was fixed. Thanks for letting me know.

Re: Add Modified timestamp to Status Bar
I have it figured out. I had to make the status bar wrappable and it showed up.

Add Modified timestamp to Status Bar
When I select a file I would like to see the modified timestamp in the status bar that's at the bottom of the window. Currently I have shown number of objects selected and the file size. I RMB on the status bar and see how I can configure what's shown but I can't seem to get the timestamp to show. C...

Search files/folders window
In the search files/folders window the File Name field has a drop down window which apparently has a list of previously entered searches. However, I've noticed that my last search entry isn't added to the list so I don't know how this list is populated. Can anyone tell me how I can have this list po...

Re: [TOOL] Explorer/FileManager Replacement for Windows 10 x
Thanks for this input. I updated the path for my FreeCommander and double clicked on the reg file but I get an error stating it's not a valid registry script. Also, what is this line: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Folder\shell\FreeCommander] @="Öffnen mit FreeCommander" It doesn't l...

Re: THUMBNAIL VIEW For PDF doesn't work?
I installed Acrobat Reader and set the view thumbnails option in that program and I can now see the thumbnails in FCXE. However, there is a bug in FreeCommander XE 2016 Build 730 64-bit donor. When I have the option set for single click file open and viewing thumbnails FCXE doesn't open the drawing....

Single Click to Open Files
For a long time I had the setting to open file with single click. I want to change it back to the standard Windows Explorer behavior to have an arrow cursor, single click to select file and double click to open file. When I uncheck the options to single click to open file and single click to open fo...

Re: THUMBNAIL VIEW For PDF doesn't work?
Sorry, I have to revive this one again. Can someone step me through the process of getting thumbnails to show for PDFs? I didn't understand horst.epp's response below. I'm using FreeCommander XE 2016 Build 729 64-bit donor.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Favorite Toolbars Locations Aren't Being Saved
I haven't experience your other issues you've mentioned. But I'll be shocked if this issue isn't fixed on next release as Marek stated. I've worked extensively with Marek on a number of issues for years, dating back to FC2009. He's always addressed and fixed them. So hoping for the best on this one ...
