When the [..] item is selected, F2 could edit the path in address bar. It would be very intuitive shortcut, just Home and F2.

Currently F2 is useless at [..] item.

Normally, when you right click the last folder in address bar, standard context menu is shown, but... ...If the path is shortened, due to insufficient space in address bar, when you right click the last folder, the folders from up dir. is shown instead of standard context menu with items like "...

"Open folder with single click" option (if enabled) is blocking this useful option (Double-click to "go up").

You can use the splitter copy button, or F5 shortcut.

I'd like to have ALL system folders in the same place. "System directories" would be the best place IMO. I suggest to add the Control panel to "System directories" button menu, to have all important system folders/items in the same place - and also recycle bin. Another suggestion...

I don't like this request. There are better options...

- activate the "Go up" button in the main toolbar

Dreamer - thank you for the suggestion, but I don't understand. Stripes is completely different from grid lines. Stripes gives me alternating row colours in detail view.
