Re: Drag and Drop into FC (from winexp or desktop) locking u
I don't think there is a debug mode for FC in this case, but here is what I would do first: 1. Try with default settings . 2. Try starting FC with admin rights . 3. Stop any antivirus or security suite on that system. 4. Try making a small recording (animated .gif or video using ShareX or similar to...

I haven't encountered this issue yet, but try to stop/start explorer.exe instead of rebooting.

Re: Windows title bar is missing
After the title bar is displayed, hit Tools->Save settings (or make sure the option Auto save settings - on exit is checked).
or
Close FC; open the FreeCommander.ini file and search for the FullScreen=1 string in the [FcFormMain_State] section; change the value to 0 and save the file.

Re: 728 - Very slow start
Same setup, not experiencing this issue... just FYI.
I should mention that none of my 8 loaded tabs (in 2 panes) contain network folders or thousands of files.

Re: FreeCommander window not focused and double-clicking on
I cannot reproduce it on win 10 (maybe because of this feature).
Try disabling the option "Allow rename on slow double click".
Or try playing with your double click speed in "Mouse properties" settings.

Re: Button to Google search by file name
AFAIK there is no such variable yet. Would be nice if Marek could implement it, though!test4 wrote:...I cut extension off in google search.without extension.

Re: .LNK Files
FC XE 32 bit doesn't have direct access to all the system tools from Win 10 64 bit (wild guess here, as you didn't mention any version you're using): http://www.freecommander.com/fchelpxe/e ... wsx64.html

Re: FR XE + Listary
OK, just tried it myself (not using Listary except for testing) and you're right, it doesn't seem to work when XE is open. And when it's closed, it opens with the specified folder, but the tab is not updating the path (still displaying the previous one). There must be some setting we're missing some...
