1 Any of the private beta testers can confirm if this is implemented in the latest (586 build I think) yet? No, it is not implemented now. 2 If not, will it be on the next release, or do you know when it's planned for? The next public release is planned in the next 10 days - without layouts. I hope...

I think the limit now is 40 (sec.) for AutoCloseTimeContextMenu64Bit.

shrink active 25%

If you have currently for active pane 10% and for inactive pane 90% than "shrink active 25%" is not true.
What about:
Set active to 75%
Set active to 25%
Set active to 50%

I can not reproduce the problem. Could you maybe send me your freecommander.ini file?

In FC XE you can use Windows or FC as operation executor (Settigs->File/folder operations). Have you tried with the option "Use Windows"?
