If I use this parameter with notepad

Using this parameter with notepad is not possible - notepad does not supports such parameter.
You need some application/script that read the file (from the Parameter) and call something for each line in the file.

Try to use the following tree options:

- One tree for both panels
- Base folder (desktop or computer)

I see no problem with the current slovak.lng. Could you make a screenshot? The dialog is resizable.

I have added new option for tab management "Close all tabs with UNC path, when the program ends" - for the release 598.
