Square Bracket Issue with Rename

I tried searching through the forum & the help file but could not find the answer to this: Normally I use 1-4aRename , but when testing out out FC to do some renaming I found a problem. When trying to add [mp3bitrate] to the end of an mp3 file name and trying to surround that information in squa...

"Handled Processes" has been temporarily disabled in Supercopier 2.2 beta...

I noticed this behaviour as well and went back to the old Supercopier until they fix and/or update it.

Have you checked your Event Viewer logs to see if anything in the system itself is having a problem with FC appearing ?

In Settings > General > Auto Refresh On Drive.... have you got any of those unticked, like Remote for example ? I just tested it and it worked, but I had that other problem where it creates a folder of the same name and puts the file inside it. But that`s a different matter that I believe has been m...

Don`t forget the "Go Up Strip" on either side of each panel (extreme left & extreme right) invisible by default, but can be customised in the settings to be wider. A feature from the old S.I.D. file manager, so you now have 4 options to go up a level :D I am hopeless at remembering sho...

by clicking on the "Hammer" icon to edit the profile ?

Could it be that the archive bit is set in TC, but not in FC...making the filesize slightly different ? I can`t see by the image if the attributes column is active or not.... If not, it could be something to do with the way the underlying code of each program retrieves, calculates & displays fil...

I don`t think you can be TOO enthusiastic ! :D I agree with points 2 & 3.....#1 doesn`t affect me personally, but I can see where you are coming from. and I think #3 is a very good idea.....I do find it quite annoying sometimes to find that when I come back out of a folder, that it`s at the bott...

I just did a test with a 1.5 gigabyte folder...all went OK here (FC 2008.06a) Is it failing every time you pack a large folder, to & from different drives and/or partitions ? Did you check DrWatson (if you allow crash dumps to be made)... and possibly check your Event Viewer for clues ? Hopefull...

Thanks Marek, the above posters will be happy to hear that.... the only drawback to that is you don`t have the option to review your choices before making it happen, so be sure to check what`s going to copy/move before you press F5 or 6... especially if you are trigger happy with the buttons  :D
