806 - Start Folder behavior changed
Hi. Between 801 and today something changed in "start folder" setting and I consider it a bug. Example: If you have set the "Start Folder" setting to: Left : c:\folder1 Right: c:\folder2 I would expect at start to only see folder 1 left and folder 2 right. Works like this in 801....

SUGGESTION - Add Cloud Ressources (DropBox, Webdav,....)
Hi, It would be great if FC could provide Cloud-Support natively, maybe somehow like the ftp. On IOS I am using an app called FE File Explorer which does exactly this and this is a great approach. It would help to use cloud ressources on clients, where you cannot install dropbox sync or anything els...

797 - Onedrive folder will now show with 0 Size
I believe because of the new feature with symbolic links folder size to 0, on Onedrive the foldersize is now also 0.
I maybe because of the onedrive feature i enabled to only selectively download, i am not sure.

Re: Folder Size and Symbolic Links
I will do, when i am back to work.
But the example I mentioned is in my eyes clear.
C:\users\All Users is a symbolic Link to c:\Programdata
If I let all folder on c:\ show with show folder size, c:\users will also include the size of c:\programdata as the symbolic link will also be summarized.

Folder Size and Symbolic Links
If I use freecommander on a server and list the folder size for the users directory, it will always also calculate the links that are inside the folder. In this case it will also add the filesize of the c:\programdata as this is the "All Users" folder. There should be an option to turn thi...

SizeOnDisk will not show on folders
Hello, I tried to use SizeOnDisk to find out how much disk space was really used (OneDrive supports leaving files in the cloud, but shows them with real size, but only SizeOnDisk gives the right size). It looks that this does not support ALT+F9 Folder Sizes. It would be great if this could be added ...

Re: [775] New zip naming issue
I changed back to 774 as this bug is really annoying when you want to zip files a lot.
Hope there will be a 776 soon which fixes this issue.

Re: [775] New zip naming issue
Same happens if you choose to change any setting.
eg. Move to archiv --> adds another .zip
Use current folder --> adds another .zip
even switching on and off "move to archive" will add a .zip for every press.

Re: Windows CHM help file shows only table of contents
Yes it does the same thing, deleting the NTFS-Stream. I am a little technical here ;-) I use this all the time on the freecommander portable at work to remove all the streams. If I don't do so, every start will put up a warning. With streams.exe you can do it on a lot of files right away. Btw. I bel...

Re: Run batch/script from toolbar
Produce your script (cmd) and use %1 variable inside the script for the filename that you expect.
Then add a Tools entry and put the appropriate value you want in the parameters line.
(The ... beside the Parameters line will give you different values)

Re: Windows CHM help file shows only table of contents
Use Sysinternals Streams to remove the "downloaded from internet" NTFS Stream: https://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/sysinternals/streams.aspx streams -s -d *.* in the freecommander directory. That should fix it. Some unzipper remove this setting, but some put it on the extracted file (winzi...

Re: Installer complaining FCIcons64.dll is newer
Ok, just tested it. The DLL Version is exactly the same, the only difference: My DLL was 07.08.2015 09:24:54 and the one that got installed now: 07.08.2015 08:24:54 So it looks like some daylight saving problem? And it is definitely something that should not come up as a normal user does not know wh...
