You're welcome. I figured I spent too much tome on it so why not share it to make my time more worthwhile.

It is the toolbar icons. They won't work on the portable version unless you make the link to the icons "relative" as I describe. It won't matter of course if you never move the program to another location, but then it wouldn't be portable.

The button is still there on the current version (build 790a 32 bit public) and always grayed out. I was also confused until I read this.
