It's not implemented in build 650, it's already implemented in the latest beta version, available for donors, please wait for the new public version, or consider a donation, more info is here.

Re: "Save Settings" not saving the new tabs
I just tried it again, with locked tabs, build 650, it works good, all 12 tabs were saved correctly.

Re: "Save Settings" not saving the new tabs
I have no problem with 17 tabs. Do you have locked tabs or unlocked? Make sure the option "Close all not locked tabs when the program ends" is disabled if you're using unlocked tabs.

File Containers - go to original location button
This would be very useful for me, at least the first button. The best placement for the buttons (others perhaps as sub-options) would be the address bar, if the file container is active. - Open actual item in original location* - Open actual item in original location, in new folder tab - Open actual...

File Containers - delete vs. remove
When using delete inside file container, real file is deleted, there is a confirm dialog, but I think it's mostly used to add many files from different location and then copy or move them to a new locasion in the other panel. Real deletion is less needed than just removing the items from container, ...

Re: File Container Location
I suggest to create the button for "Tab container: Go to file containers folder" in the splitter bar, to easily access file containers - or/and create new tab, enter the file container and lock folder tab (perhaps for both panels), this way it will be available if needed, also after FC res...

Re: File Container Operations
I wonder why I can do that, but not just a drag and drop across panes? F5/F6 are for file operations, items inside file containers are just information with the file path, not real files, but Ctrl+C/V work, so also F5/F6 might work. Perhaps it might cause problems, since it's also possible to copy ...

Re: File Container Operations
F5 doesn't work, I wonder why.
You can use the green address bar button and select file container to copy it's content to actual file container.
Or - use Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V shortcuts to copy individual files, it works.

Re: File Container Location
I think it would be a mess if they'd be creating in many different folders, they work only in FC, I see no reason why they should be created in actual folder.

660 - History removed on tab double-click
- lock the tab
- go to few subfolders
- double click the tab label to go to locked tab path
= it works, but history is removed, so it's impossible to go back

Change to third tab, Settings and click Save (Save dialog options for operation without dialog). It should work.

All the changes - new features, bug fixes are listed here:
