831 - zh-TW: Directory > Synchronise > Ignore at most 2 seconds

Hi Marek,
If you operate "Directory > Synchronise", then in the dialog,
there is an checkbox called something like "Ignore at most 2 seconds".
This is to ignore the time resolution limitation when using old file systems (FAT32?),
which is unable to record to the resolution of 1 second.
The Chinese-Traditional (zh-TW) has:
忽略最長 2 秒.
The full-stop (period) at the end is extraneous and should be removed.
It is probably a remnant from the English abbreviative full-stop (period)
in "2 s." or "2 sec.", but only in old-style "2 sec.", and
even in new style SI (Système Internationale d'Unites), the English is "2 s", not "2 s.".
Please also check whethen Chinese-Simplified (zh-CN) has a similar issue
needing to be corrected.
Thanks.
Daniel
