Can I disable the confirmation window for closing all folder tabs?

You can use "Close all not locked tabs", right click the tab bar.

Workaround, try just hold Ctrl+W to close all tabs.

For locked tabs I don't understand why the confirmation should be disabled, if you want to preserve tabs, you can lock them, if you don't want to preserve/protect tabs, don't lock them. You can use Layouts to keep not-locked tabs opened and close them all with "Close all not locked tabs" option.

I am using FreeCommander 810a and don't have "Close all not locked tabs".

You are right, sorry, you have to wait for the next public version (or donate).
