How about putting the release notes in a separate board/group on the forums? The way the release notes are published currently, you have to search/browse through the "discussion" forum, which has a lot of posts. Having them all in one place would make them easier to find. It would also make it easier to read the release notes for multiple versions - when you're jumping multiple versions in an upgrade for example.
