Use CopyHandler for copying, moving?

How can I use CopyHandler to move and copy items? I have tried some settings, but didn't get it to work: http://i.imgur.com/LdPntjX.png

I can't find the command line options CopyHandler accepts. I can see that command line support was added to version 1.40.465 alpha, but I don't see the actual commands anywhere.
But I found out also that 1.40 is portable if ch.xml file is found in the exe folder, which is very nice.

I cannot find them either, neither on the website nor in the program.

I had unsuccessfully tried the command line options FC provides (also the one in the help file).
