basically, the VAT that keeps being added on is screwingme. it is supposed to be zero but as i can't edit it, i will never be able to complete the transaction. tried multiple tiles through paypal and straight cc payment. i am not a member of fastspring, would that help if i joined?

yeah but my problem is paypal and the credit card processing company aren't letting me edit the VAT to zero. it's automatically calculating a value and populating the VAT field with it.


edit: i am an idiot. VAT field is editable at beginning of process.. someone please lock and/or delete this?

Hi brand new registered and got the same problem:

I tried to repeat the order … Visa or Paypal; and the screen is blocked on "complete the order", without any reaction.

Could someone else help please, I wanted to get 1 year 64 bit version

I'm not sure where is the problem, you can try another web browser, disable adblock, or/and upgrade the web browser version.

If you can't solve this problem, contact Marek via e-mail.
