minimize to systray" clashes with "pinned to taskbar"

not really a bug, but it is confusing, so I guess you could think up of some method to resolve.

when fc icon is Not "pinned to taskbar", and we have "minimize to systray" set,
then clicking on minimize does take it to systray, and that does make normal taskbar fc icon disappear

but when we have pinned fc icon to taskbar, and we have "minimize to systray" set,
then clicking on minimize does take it to systray, BUT taksbar fc icon remains.

that confuses users.

we forget we have minimized it to systray,
and then if we click at the task bar icon, that opens another instance of fc window in a multi setting.

we have to close the new window, and click to systray icon, this gets quite cryptic.

Please give it a thought.

If "minimize to systray" can somehow manage to hide the pinned taskbar icon of fc for the duration of minimization, that would resolve the issue.
