The specified path does not exist

#1 Post by Nic Minnaar » 26.01.2017, 12:59

Hi,

I am a new user of FC so excuse me if this issue has been resolved before, below is bullet summary of the problem- please help:

[*] I have some 64bit programs installed which I usually access through start menu
[*] I have tried to use FC to access these same programs through start menu icon
[*] I get error message-> C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\SomeProgramName (64-bit)\SomeProgramName Desktop.lnk, The specified path does not exist
[*] I then manually navigate to this path inside of FC and double clink the link and the program does indeed open up i.e. the path does definitely exist.
[*] Windows 10 64-bit OS, x64-based processor; Using FreeCommander XE 2017 Build 740 32-bit public

Thank you for any help in advance!
Nic
