I'm using the Standard Win7 style for my installation of FreeCommanderXE. The default appearance is good, except for the way a selected button is highlighted with a blue gradient.
Without abandoning the style (which I like), can I change the gradient to a light gray, for example?
Thanks for any help.

It looks it's not possible to change only selected color.
It's not so hard to change the other colors, there are 6 colors for toolbars and 6 colors for menu, if you're using just grey colors, it should take just few minutes.

Thanks for your response.
What I was trying to preserve is the gradient behind the top button panel. But the gradient is, apparently, coming from the Window Style. Using a Custom Style seems to discard the gradient.
(BTW, how do I insert an image into a post? My attempt resulted only the the word "Image". I did see that image space is provided for donors, only. But is there another way?)

Thanks for those links.
Below is the image that goes with my original question.
I'll explore the possibility of a Custom Style. It might be the best approach, since I would like FreeCommander under Win7 and Win10 have the same appearance.
