Hello
I am a beginner and I don't know how to build a script. Can someone build it for me and send me the script file ?
Script :
1/ Copy all elements to the folder in front.
2/ Delete elements from the original folder
3/ Create a shortcut inside the original folder to the new folder
Thanks!
Need a script

Re: Need a script
I don't know if I understand right, but I think: 1 Copy and 2 Delete is equal to the action "move".
So you can move all elements, mark the elements in the new folder an drag them with ALT and left mouse button to the original folder (= make link)

Re: Need a script
Copy delete is not equal to move because it moves the administration rights while copy use the rights of the destination folder.
So nobody knows how to automatize this? Have to do it 350 times today.
Re: Need a script
I think you might need to use Command Prompt, i.e. a BAT file
Or knowing that it has certain limitations, interest yourself in using PowerShell, i.e. a PS1 file
And then, add it somehow to the shell menu, with a registry hack
[Just do not ask me how to do this]
