A folder was deleted accidentally when clean up the drive. And can't find the name in trash bin. Is there any way in FreeCommander to roll back the deletion?

I don't know what you mean exactly by "clean up" but I guess that you deleted the folder permanently (SHIFT + SUPPR) or something equivalent.
You need a tool like Recuva to try to get your data back if it has not been written over.
The best option is to remove your hard drive (where the folder was) from your PC and try to use Recuva on another PC so that no new data is written on your hard drive.

Download and install Recuva but it seems not able to identify the deleted folder,

Sorry,i have no idea for it,i guess the deleted folder may have been overwritten by another,or you'd better try using some tools to scan the drive for restoring.
Trying using it:https://www.tunesbro.com/data-recovery.html
