Export column profiles

Hi, I'd like my colleagues to use a specific set of column profiles. Is there a means to export a list of profiles & re-import them on other computers?
(Version XE 2016 Build 715 32-bit public)
Also, will installing the latest version keep all by previous settings (& column profiles)?
