810 : loosing FreeCommand Title bar as unchecking "Start Minimized"

Hello,
Extremely weird bug : when I uncheck Settings > General > Start Minimized and restart app, I literally loose the title bar (and close, minimize, full-screen buttons and naturally the ability to drag and move the Window)
If I check back "Start Minimized" and restart, all gets back to fine (at the slight exception that FC starts minimized, unwillingly in my standpoint
)
