Menu not utilizing Windows 10 Dark Theme - solution for bug

Hi
By pure chance I found the solution to the issue of the items in menu not being drawn with Dark Theme colors and ignoring settings of user like font size
Apparently All that has to be done is the selection of
Tools > Settings > View > Icons in main menu > Use small icons
or
Tools > Settings > View > Icons in main menu > Use large icons
And when this option is set to
Tools > Settings > View > Icons in main menu > No icons
then the bug manifest itself once more
I am using FreeCommander XE 2020 Build 810a 32-bit public on Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 19042.746
