Some folders are empty when connected to Mac OS X Maverick

#1 Post by wohba » 04.04.2014, 18:48

A network drive on my W7 PC is connected to a folder on a Macbook Pro running on OS X Maverick.
Specific subfolders don't display files (which are definitely there), while other folders work fine.
Looking at the same folder with Windows explorer, all files and Subfolders are correctly displayed.

The problem is a major change in the SMB protocol used by Maverick. I found the problem reported with Total Commander as well as the solution.
Please see:http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=275086
In Total commander 8.50 it is fixed and working properly. However I would prefer to use FreeCommander and would highly appreciate a fix.
Thanks.
