FC does not save history of the opened folders

FC build 650, build 685 on Windows 8.1. If FC was closed and opened at once, the popup menu with last opened folders displays only opened in this time folder. This menu does not show folders which was opened before FC was closed. May be this thing is not bug, but it will be more comfortable, if FC will can save history of opened folders in previous sessions. Else I don't understand sigh of item "Close history" in popup menu.

I had this settings like on your screenshots. But when I changed the second setting to OFF (Folder history per tab), the FC started saving history (!!!) and saves history for every column seperately (!). I think this is the BUG, because this setting must be work conversely and saving history must be ON by default.
