Directories missing from directory tree - Build 700 Public

#1 Post by bbinnard » 05.11.2015, 06:00

The following directories are missing in tree of boot drive:

Program Files (X86)
Users\<username>\Appdata
Users\<username>\Appdata\Local
Users\<username>\Appdata\LocalLow
Users\<username>\Appdata\Roaming

This is a Win10-64 system with all current updates installed; FC Settings has both Hidden & System files checked. Thede directories do show in Win10 Explorer.

There are separate settings at "tree" and "file/folder-list" for showing hidden folders!

Oh really? When I look at Settings/View/File/folder list I see one set of check boxes for Hidden and System files. I have checked both of these. If there is someplace else I should be looking for file list settings I'd be most interested in learning where it is.

Aha! I found it. Thanks.

This is rather obscure though.

Don't think so.
This helps to have a clean tree without hidden folders and the possibility to reach hidden folders in the filearea without changing the hidden-options.
