folders missing and not shown

hello, just downloaded latest FreeCommanderXE-32-en to my windows 7 Sp1 32bit.
when i started the program and chose my directories, first thing i noticed is that it is NOT displaying All my folders.
Most but not all.
So....i tried with windows explorer, Beyond Compare , JustManager and they ALL show ALL my folders.
FreeCommanderXE does NOT. Using it in Default Mode. Don't know what settings to change...don't seem to be any that
says view all folders.
