animated Gif preview in viewer/quick is broken after v740

The Animated gif image in the quick viewer is broken after the version 740. (i'v just installed the v740 and it does not show this bug).
This is how the gif preview looks like atm(includig the current public beta (32bit))
As you can see, there are many animation picture previews, but the Big Preview is NOT playing.
Here is a screenshot of the Settings:
So no matter which setting i change, the animated gif is not playing automatically, untill i right click on the picture and press play. And this behavior is unwanted.
