Quick Filter does not see diacritics in capitals

If [in FreeCommander XE 2018 Build 770 32-bit public] you the files have minuscule signs like for example
and there are entered into that small box of quick filter, those files are shown. But if you even in the same files turn these letters into upper case signs
such files are then absent from the filtered list of files
This happens also when the Plain View For Files mode [CTRL + B] is being active; but this does not happens when the "big filter" [Search Window available under the CTRL + F] is used
