w00t!
Free Commander 2009a Final is out! Time to celebrate and offer Congratulations!!
But I do have a couple of questions and would appreciate some helpful answers please.
Should 2009a be installed over top of any existing FC installation? Or should it be installed separately?
Lastly, if you install FC 2009a from scratch, should you be able to copy over an existing FREECOMMANDER.INI file from a v396 Beta install? Or will using that older INI file cause issues if it is copied over the 2009a Final?
Thanks much.

As you want. Both is possible.Should 2009a be installed over top of any existing FC installation? Or should it be installed separately?
It should be no problem.Lastly, if you install FC 2009a from scratch, should you be able to copy over an existing FREECOMMANDER.INI file from a v396 Beta install? Or will using that older INI file cause issues if it is copied over the 2009a Final?
The setup doesn't contain any ini-files, so your old inis will be used.
Like often discussed in the forum, freecommander doesn't need any installation! Its only for making icons. Download the zip-version, look into it and extract it to your FC-installation-folder.
Edit: Marek was a little bit faster!
